In order to intensify anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion of general carbon steel, plate on the surface by dipping the product in liquated metal

Thickness of plating is over 50㎛ and the anti-corrosion is better than electric galvanized but the exterior is not beautiful as electric galvanized.

It means designed maximum load which can be used safely under the condition of straight load applied.

It is also expressed as S.W.L.(Safe Working Load) and recommended using load.

It is the condition of elastic limit of material and the products is free from occurrence of deformation or fault within proof load. However, when you use by exceeding proof load, deformation and crack can be occurred on the product.
